katrina hausmann,
founder & head coach

Katrina Hausmann is a mom of 2 who has her Double Masters Degrees in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology. She is also a Pre and Postnatal certified trainer, pilates trainer, doula, and has been in the health and fitness industry for over 12 years now! 

Katrina created the Momfidence Method after seeing a huge need for more postpartum care for moms after her first baby. She realized moms were not given the resources, tools, and care to feel back to themselves, heal, and get their strength back. So many moms are left feeling lost, confused, and like they just have to "accept" that life as a mom means leaking your pants forever, struggling with confidence, and never feeling strong again. She created the Momfidence Method to provide support, education, and a community for moms to turn to! Since opening the doors, she has served 400+ moms in their postpartum health and fitness journeys, and doesn't ever plan on stopping! She wants to change the standard of postpartum care for moms. 

ALLIE SPECTOR, ASSISTANT COACH

Hi! I’m Allie, a mom to 2 boys. I am a NASM certified personal trainer and have continued education to read and prescribe protocols from DUTCH hormonal tests, thyroid and blood panels. 

I have been training postpartum women for over 2 years now and have helped hundreds of women create a healthier lifestyle while feeling confident and energized. I KNOW the challenges we face as moms and I try to balance my coaching style from a place of understanding yet also forcing you out of your comfort zone; trying things you have never tried before to achieve results you have never achieved.  
 
My coaching approach emphasizes the importance of fueling your body properly coupled with strength training and pelvic floor and core rehabilitation. I truly believe you don’t have to put yourself or your health on the back-burner in order to keep up with life as a mom and in doing so, your whole family will benefit from it!

Hi, I'm Cara! I'm a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and fitness coach, with a bachelors degree in health science.

I love working with postpartum moms because I find immense fulfillment in navigating the transformative journey of motherhood alongside them. Celebrating joys, addressing challenges, and fostering connection during this crucial period are at the heart of my work.

Contributing to the well-being of both moms and their newborns brings such joy to watch them grow in this new stage of life.

How the Momfidence Method Works

step 01

We hop on a call to discuss where you are in your fitness journey. This is where we talk through your current struggles and health goals. We like to meet you over a zoom call so that we can customize your program to your lifestyle as much as possible.

step 02

You will meet with our chiropractor and she will evaluate your range of motion and current fitness level so that we establish a starting point.

step 03

You will meet with your coach to determine your custom fitness plan. You will receive macro guidance and workouts, as well as ongoing support and weekly check-in’s.

step 04

Immerse yourself in our community! Get ready for monthly mom calls with varying topics and a Facebook support group filled with resources and recipes.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the Momfidence Method? 

We start with 12 weeks/3 months to get a jump start on your goals. You will see a TON of progress within these first 3 months especially in your strength, recovery, initial weight loss, and routines. We usually recommend that you give yourself 6 months to 1 year to reach your full goals though! There are other options of continuing on past your first 3 months!

Will I be able to commit to this as a new mom/working mom/busy mom?

YES! We have helped hundreds of moms just like you still achieve their goals while juggling family life, work life, and personal life. We teach you how to balance all of these and find a routine that works. for YOU! We individualize your goals so that it will fit into your life whether you just recently had a baby, or you are a soccer mom juggling tons of sports/practices, etc! 

Do I have to be newly postpartum to do this? 

NO! We believe once postpartum, always postpartum. We work with moms anywhere from a few weeks post-baby to years after babies. Your body still needs recovery, strength, and healing regardless of how long it’s been, and it’s NEVER too late! 

How soon can I start this after baby?

We can work with moms even as early as 3 weeks postpartum in things like recovery, mobility, breathing, stress management, and nutrition.

Do you have payment plan options? 

YES! We have many options to be able to help you fit this into your budget. We can even use affirm pay to break things up for you!
